We aim to support as many men as we can

We help men connect and help each other to lead more successful, fulfilling lives.

After completing the EVRYMAN Foundations Training, I became a workshop leader and facilitator for men’s work.

Men’s work informs all my work.  Some of my coaching clients want to focus on this type of work.

For me, going through the EVRYMAN material, I became aware of old patterns, how they held me back and how to release them. I tested myself and my courage to be vulnerable, honest and open.

I pushed hard to go deep and not take the easy way out. I faced fears and really challenged myself to – in ways I seldom ever had. I feel stronger, more capable and leave with a rich and nuanced understanding of emotion – because of this training.

A Presentation on Embodiment and Men’s Work

The central work of EVRYMAN: “We connect Men more deeply to their Loved Ones, their life’s work, and themselves.”

In this video, I am presenting a workshop with the co-founder of EVRYMAN about the work of the group, and share a bit about what men’s work means to me and how it overlaps with my embodiment work.

I offer training and seminars on Men’s Work.

Learn more about Men’s Work

Every week, I sit in a men’s group using the EVRYMAN method.  No stories, no advice, just what you feel in your body and your emotions.

This practice is for myself, but also informs my work.  Here’s what you do in Men’s Work:

Uncover Your Emotions

The co-founder says EVRYMAN is like “Crossfit for your emotions.”

Go Beyond Aggression and Humor

Men are often taught they can only be angry or funny. We have more emotions, and it is healing to connect with them.

Reconnect to the Body

Connecting to the body first can be a pathway for men to begin feeling a broader range of emotions.

Heal the Trauma

Men are often traumatized, and need support and acknowledgement of their full experience to get past it.

Understand What’s Driving Us

As we peel back the layers, we can understand our true motivations.

Lead Successful, Fulfilling Lives

Knowing ourselves allows us to connect more deeply with others.

"What an awesome experience having you as my co-mediator.  I learned so much during those hours and can contribute new insight from the experience.  You have phenomenal skills and demonstrate neutral approaches that are especially a style that compliments Marine Corps culture.    I will always remember your demonstration.  I feel strongly that no other style would have such success with our initiator. Thank you for your patience and time.  When we concluded, you spent 9 1/2 hours in this process!  What a demonstration of commitment.  I hope our paths cross in the future and thank you very much for your professional guidance."
