Ukraine Pro Bono Efforts Continue

This afternoon I will be offering a practice session on professional burnout and self-care for Ukrainian Mediators. As a professional Peacemaker, I know the burdens of this work and how easy it is for us to encounter compassion fatigue that can diminish our ability to serve our clients and our community.

I have chosen to maintain my pro bono contributions to this Ukrainian Mediator community again in 2023 as a means of giving back and offering something truly worthwhile. (I would also gladly do this work with Russian Peacemakers.)

As I get older, I realize how important it is to do meaningful work.

To find or create opportunities to share what I have learned and support those who would directly and deeply benefit from it.
